The Keysey555 Story
The Vision
At Keysey555, I believe that fitness should be inclusive, bring people together and create positive change. My vision is to inspire and empower people of all levels to achieve their personal fitness goals, feel more confident in their physical abilities, and reach their full potential.
The Journey
Founded in 2022 by Alison Keys who wanted to share her passion for fitness. Keysey555 started with outdoor classes for a small group of people who were looking for a way to feel stronger, more flexible and more stable as they grow older. Today, there are a range of classes available both floor (with or without mats) and pool, across 2 locations. The next step, is On Demand, taking Keysey555 into your home at a time and on a day that is convenient to you.

At Keysey555 we are more than just another fitness class, we are a fitness family - we have grown a community of people who have become friends. I am committed to creating a positive and inclusive environment where people of all ages, body types, and levels of fitness, feel welcome and supported.
